To qualify for the Work Force Housing apartment, we are required to verify the Adjusted Gross Income of prospects to ensure such prospects qualify as an Eligible Household. Adjusted Gross Income shall be calculated by annualizing verified sources of income for the household as the amount of income to be received by the household during the 12 months following the effective date of determination. This cannot exceed the maximum income limit established by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation for its Multifamily Programs, adjusted for household size for 120 percent (120%) median Adjusted Gross Income to qualify as an Eligible Household. Households must be recertified to determine eligibility every twelve (12) months. Click to view qualifying income limits and rental rates.
